Keep site equipment supplied with appropriate propane cylinders.
Supply planned around your working day
Construction and roofing teams may use compatible gas equipment for torch-on roofing, temporary site heating or specialist tasks. Requirements change with the project phase, site access and the number of contractors using cylinders, so a generic quantity can be misleading.
Which bottle and equipment?
The existing Compass Gas range highlights 19kg propane for some construction and roofing applications. Plumbers and other trades may use propane torches, but the burner, fitting and cylinder size need checking. The appropriate size depends on the equipment, approved fuel and connection. Do not assume a propane cylinder will power a generator or heater unless its manufacturer specifies that setup.
Typical starting point: 19kg and 47kg, subject to equipment. The correct cylinder depends on your equipment specification.
Delivery and exchange
Tell us whether this is roofing, site heating or another trade use, plus the type and number of appliances, site postcode, access or delivery restrictions, and how long the current phase will run. We can discuss the right available bottle, how empties will be handled and when a repeat supply arrangement would make sense.
What to include in your enquiry
- Which site appliances are specified for propane?
- Who will receive and manage the cylinders on site?
- Are there delivery restrictions or changing site addresses?
